Where should our swings be placed?

Our swings were created as interior furnishings, but they can also be placed outside, under a porch or hung from a tree. In this case they must be removed after use, because the seams and fabrics can be damaged if exposed to sun and atmospheric agents.

 

At what age can you start using our swingsAnd?

Swings can e.gAlways used at all ages or from when the child is able to sit independently, and always under the supervision of an adult. IT IS IMPORTANT to respect the weight limit (see swing descriptions).

 

What are the delivery times?

Delivery times vary depending on the product, quantity and shipping location.

 

The available products will be shipped within 48/72 hours while those made to order will have longer times ranging from 2/4 weeks based on previous orders (or agreed together with the customer).

Orders placed on Friday are not processed until the following Monday/Tuesday.

 

If your requests are urgent please contact us and we will see together how to satisfy your needs.

 

If due to force majeure  we cannot respect the agreements made with you, swing_e_non_solo will contact you immediately.

 

Altalena_e_non_solo sends a message or email to the customer when the order is completed  and in the following  Within 24 hours the customer receives another email from the courier confirming the shipment.

 

Can I customize a product differently from the options I see on the site?

The only customization options are those present on the site, this is to guarantee you a better service.

 

Are the prices with VAT included?

Yes, all prices are VAT included.

 

What do I do if once I receive the package I don't know how to assemble the product?

In the case of purchasing a product to be assembled, swing_e_non_solo will provide a video tutorial.

 

Are all products handmade?

Yes, all products are unique handmade pieces.

 

I live nearby and would like to come in person to collect my purchase, is this possible?

No, that's not possible 

 

I have a shop  and I would like to sell your products, is it possible?

Yes, it is possible to sell our products in shops, for more information you can contact us at our email.

 

Can I place an order via email or cancel an order?

Orders are placed on the site and once accepted, they cannot be cancelled.

However, we remain available to our customers who can always contact us via email and agree to replace the product with another of equal value (see Returns and Refunds conditions).

 

I saw a product on Instagram and I can't find it on the site, how can I order it?

This may be due to the fact that the fabric is no longer present because it has run out or was part of a limited edition.

 

How can I pay for my orders?

The accepted methods are: Bank transfer, Card and Pay Pal.

 

Up to what age can the child use the crib?

Generally the cradle is used from birth until the 4th/6th month of age. From when they start to roll over it is advisable to move the baby in the cot using the cradle as a reducer.
